Order Processing for Cold Brew

  • Once your order is received, allow 3 business days for your item to ship. 
  • During high-demand periods or special promotions, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience during such times.

Shipping Methods and Carriers:

  • We utilize reputable shipping carriers to deliver your order promptly and securely. UPS is currently our carrier of choice but is subject to change in the future.
  • The available shipping options will be displayed during the checkout process, allowing you to choose the one that best suits your needs.

Shipping Destinations:

  • We currently offer shipping within the United States. Please note that certain remote areas may have limited delivery options or longer transit times.

Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method. The applicable shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process.
  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions or discounts. Details regarding ongoing offers will be communicated on our website or through promotional emails.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected and the destination. You will receive an email with an estimated delivery date for your convenience.
  • While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances or carrier delays may occasionally occur. We kindly request your understanding in such situations.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number and a link to track your package online.
  • You can easily monitor the progress of your shipment and estimated delivery date using the provided tracking information.

Differences in Shipping Options:

1. USPS Ground Advantage:

  • Delivery Speed: Typically takes 2 to 5 business days, depending on the destination.
  • Cost: Generally cheaper than Priority Mail, making it more suitable for non-urgent shipments.
  • Package Type: Best for packages that don’t need to be delivered quickly but still require reliable service. Ground Advantage is ideal for heavier items (up to 70 lbs) or non-time-sensitive shipments.
  • Tracking: Provides free tracking.
  • Insurance: Optional, not included by default. Coverage for loss or damage can be added for an extra fee.
  • Restrictions: Some restrictions on items due to transportation regulations (e.g., certain hazardous materials).

2. USPS Priority Mail:

  • Delivery Speed: Typically delivers in 1 to 3 business days depending on the origin and destination. It’s faster than Ground Advantage.
  • Cost: More expensive than Ground Advantage, but the price includes extra features such as faster delivery.
  • Package Type: Ideal for packages that need quicker delivery and includes flat-rate options, where weight doesn’t impact the price, as long as the package fits in a flat-rate box.
  • Tracking: Provides free tracking.
  • Insurance: Includes $100 of insurance coverage for most shipments, which is higher than Ground Advantage. Additional insurance can be purchased.
  • Extras: Priority Mail offers additional services like delivery confirmation, signature confirmation, and more.

International Shipping:

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Address Accuracy:

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Lost Packages:

  • In the unfortunate event that your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us at info@upstatescoldbrew.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Returns and Exchanges:

  • Due to the perishable nature of our cold brew products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
  • If you have any concerns or issues with your order, please reach out to our customer support team, and we will be happy to assist you.
