We’ve been seeing the delicious strawberries 🍓 popping up at the farmer’s markets the past few weeks so we knew we had to partner with @bakery.nostalgia for this take on a delicious strawberry milk latte paired with their absolutely ridiculous strawberry matcha 🍵 cookies 🤤. You gotta try this!
Strawberry purée
- 2 cups Diced Strawberries
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbs vanilla bean paste
- 1 cup water
Whipped cream
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Cold brew
- 4oz @upstatescoldbrew concentrate
- ice
1) Combine all strawberry purée ingredients in a sauce pan on medium heat and cook until the mixture is thick and simmering (6-10 minutes).
2) Blend the strawberry mixture until smooth and add a few tablespoons to your milk 🥛 of choice.
3) Fill a tall glass with ice 🧊 and add your @upstatescoldbrew concentrate
4) Fill the rest of the glass with your strawberry milk and top with whipped cream, garnish with dehydrated strawberries 🍓
5) ENJOY!
